Shipping Policy

mx naturals ships all orders through the United States Post office. We will also ship all orders same-day, if they are placed before 9AM Mountain Time (1 PM ET) Monday – Friday. Transit times exclude Saturday and Sundays and Federal holidays. Payment, receipt, and tracking information are provided via email after orders are completed.  

What shipping methods does mx naturals offer?

mx naturals offers both First Class & Priority shipping through USPS, and Ground shipping through UPS for all domestic orders – excluding U.S. territories. 

  • Shipping rates for USPS are free for all orders over $50.00 and $4.95 for all orders under $49.95 
  • Shipping rates for UPS are priced by UPS standards
  • USPS' shipping rates are free for all subscription orders
Can mx naturals ship to all 50 states?

Yes! We can ship to any street address in all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii. 

Outside of the United States?

mx naturals ships USPS internationally for a flat shipping fee depending on location. Shipments can take up to twenty days for delivery when shipping internationally.  

What about military bases?

We can ship to APO/FPO bases using USPS Priority Mail, which takes 2 to 7 business days for delivery. Shipping rates are free for all orders over $49.95 and $4.95 for all orders under $49.95.

Can I change my shipping address?

Please contact our customer service by email at info@shopmxnaturals.com to confirm your order is still in processing and submit your change request. We can usually reply within minutes after your request. You can also reach our customer service department by calling 801-512-2770 during business hours.  

How can I track my order?

Your order confirmation email will include a tracking link and an order number.

Can my order ship through the weekend?

USPS and UPS will only deliver on business days and Saturdays; they do not offer shipping services on Sundays or holidays.

How soon can mx naturals ship my order?

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 9 AM Mountain Time, go out on the same day. Orders placed after 9 AM will be shipped the following business day. 

What if I don’t receive my mx naturals order?

Packages are often marked as delivered prior to actual delivery (why this happens, we don’t know and most likely the package arrives next day) Please check around your property first to see if the package was placed beyond your doorstep or mailbox.  If you still have not received your order,  you can reach our customer service at 1-801-512-2770, email us at info@shopmxnaturals.com. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order from mx naturals within 30 days, we are happy to refund your money – 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed.
